Veteran husband and wife chefs, Quinn and Karen Hatfield, have redefined the small plate concept offering creative Mediterranean dishes with bold flavors accompanied by unique artisan breads. These mini-courses are designed for grazing, yet are each individually unforgettable.

Highlights include Date & Mint crusted Rack of Lamb with Garlic Chive Puree, Olive Oil Poached Yellow Tail with Shallots crackling in Thyme Foam, and Crab Cakes breaded with Crisped Katafi and Citrus Marinated Cabbage.

Save room for the spectacular desserts, which are elegantly paired with fine spirits. A must try is the Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffle Cake with Caramel Ice Cream and a shot of Spiced Rum.
